It never appeared on my modem, anyone with access to the trial forum know whats happening?

Have not been at their forum for long time as my VM connection is stable
Hope modem mode will have less jitter than the r36

Still can't believe how long VM left customers on broken firmware for. The whole saga really has been shocking.
