Don't put all your chickens in one basket just yet denphone, there's a good chance things mite even go further on the upwards scale as the future governments; with trying to put us with the green tax & Carbon Tax with a straight 20-60 % rise for C02 which has no merit in the real world just made up pyramid scam to take the rest of our money away from us all.

Just like US (20%), Australia (40%), Canada (20%) Straight from the pages of Agenda 21 (2012 UN released report- goggle it for more information) on depopulation of the world by 75%.

A shed load of money needs to be invested (in the billions) in renewable energy, tax payer doesn’t want to pay hence increases in bills.

Just bite the bullet and stop your moaning.

A thread will be opened in years to come about having to ration your elec as we did not build more power plants. :angel:

Why should the taxpayer be paying for it as this is more a case of shortsightedness by previous governments and energy companies over the last 30 years and its now us consumers who are having to stump up the money through increased bills who are paying for most of it.

The tax payer will not be paying for it the suppliers do.

Any company that is in business do it for 1 thing and one thing and 1 thing only whether it’s selling gas, elec, WARTER or a car it’s to make money. ;)

if they don't then its not a good business.
