lucky enough freeview reception is very good where i am..

that said im not entirely sure what those committing fraud can do at the cab. most cabs if not all have every cable to property connected from the go.

I'm not sure if this would happen or not. The cabinet that I reported still had it's cover on, albeit unlocked and loose until it was repaired.
