I have rung 150 twice in two weeks at 8am and got the UK call centre both times.

Every thread on here recommends calling just after 8am otherwise as the day goes on you have an equal chance of getting India.

Ironically, last time I called support, I got through to a lady in the UK. She was Scottish (VERY Scottish) and seemed to be working from an airport departures lounge, given the noise in the background. I could barely hear her, and when I could, barely understand her!

And she got the address wrong she gave me (I was returning a modem).
