Thats a shame, what a silly feature to get rid of!

Had a day and a half of stable internet, the second they "start work" it gets 10x worse than it ever was.

Disregard the red space before 12AM, as that was a power outage, but after 12AM is just when I couldn't get my internet to work.

Did they not tell you what the fault was when giving you the ref? If that's an area fault it looks like a nasty SNR/FEC issue.

Nope, they just said an area problem is affecting you and handed me the fault reference.

Going to give VM a call asap and find out.

After phoning up yesterday and them saying that fault ref has nothing to do with me they sent out a technician who pretty much replaced all the connectors in the house and up the street for my line.

Says he'll be phoning up on friday and if it isn't sorted by then it'l be escalated to the network team.

at which point they'll say there is a network fault and provide you with the same reference number which you have already got :)
