That could be saying that Eurosport's 3d coverage will be exclusive to them (Eurosport) as a channel, rather than Sky as a platform. That probably isn't the case-I have little doubt that this will be a Sky exclusive, but it is worth pointing out that the article you've linked to doesn't actually say that.

Hence why I asked how you read this , my train of thought is exactly the same as yours.

Apologies, then, because I assumed the opposite. In answer to your question, it reads "Sky 3D will air exclusive 3D action from Eurosport" rather than "Sky 3D will exclusively air 3D action from Eurosport", which to my mind leaves it open for the content to be carried on platforms other than Sky.

I would agree with that. Sky has worded it to be ambiguous so some people will think that only Sky is carrying the 3D content, but in fact I think it's saying that the Eurosport channel has the exclusive 3D, and it will be available on the Sky platform.

For die-hard Olympophiles looking for even more immersion, in addition to the regular coverage, Virgin Media will also be bringing its customers Olympics content in 3D courtesy of BBC and Eurosport 3D
edit: sorry, just seen this was already reported in another thread.
