you have got it you have 2mb uplaod speed i assume your on 20mb? if so oyu have it
the schedule isnt always right

post your config tomorrow mornign i think you might have bene traffic managed then as yoru upload i about 2.6mb
edit:in fact ingore me i am iddiot im ready the frequency

can you takea screen shot of that page please nad pos thte image here

edit2:acutally never midn that

go to operation config and copy and paste everything on that page ill tell you if your upgraded

apogolise i am wrong yoru not ugpraded yet, which is strange since uddingston need done before castelcary, try rebooting the modem and check again

that indicates modulation, showing your upstream has fallen back to QPSK, which suggests there is noise on the network, nothing to with 2.6mb upload speed

no but Uddingston has not had the upload speed improvement yet

read my edits i acknlogedge i made a mistake :s i stupidily assume dit was the oepration config page not the upstream page

No it indicates a DOCSIS 1.1 TDMA upstream rather than a DOCSIS 2 ATDMA upstream. An upstream that has fallen back to QPSK shows as 10240kbits/s ATDMA.
