The free upgrades thing went around when the firmware on the SHs was bugged to the max. If anything people got downgraded lol

VM are always looking to upgrade customers, actual plans aren't to be made public, I feel a t*t saying that, but anyone in the know, won't be allowed to talk about this kinda thing.

I can tell you VM want to be the leaders in Internet speeds.
