Is the met known for being institutionally racist because blacks are in a minority and are blacks in a minority because the aren't employed because they are black or because they haven't actually applied for a job

bet you i did because that would be illegal ,it just looks even more pathetic and reinforces the question of why have a Black association in the first place ,it can act for blacks and whites equally the same as the Police Association .One wonders what would happen if it was decided to take it away

From your answers I'm guessing you have no idea what it is set up for. Is it just a 'club' for black police to belong to? No, it is "Aiming to improve the working environment for police personnel of African, African-Caribbean or Asian origin working in London."

Whites may join because believe it or not, some whites find that a positive cause to contribute to.

We'd probably go back to be being all the same. like we were trying to do, till these kind of things keep coming up to distract us and make us think maybe we are different afterall, and maybe there is a difference between black and white that we should sit down and discuss for eternity.

If you don't want people to apparently get the wrong idea you need to be a lot more specific, post evidence to back up your claims and actually directly answer questions instead of replying with a "lol" otherwise we're just going to take you for an ignorant bigot who is happy to post pseudo-controversial rubbish.

I don't like being a bigot. it means all my opinions are invalid, and the other persons opinions automatically over-rule :(

But I will put my ballot paper in to say that seperating black and white with blacks only clubs, associations, and albums, is a bad thing for race relations.

I won't let someone PC stop me by throwing mud at me up the pathway to the polling station either ;)

It's for the whole country not just London and note the bit about improving the work enviroment for black people ,why not all people ?
