Karma`s a Bitch isn`t it.!
He Raped a 13 year old girl and was sentenced to an indefinate sentence.
I think he recieved his true retribution myself.

not true ,he was jailed indefinately for 2 counts of rape on the same girl and told to serve a minimum of 4 1/2 yrs before applying for parole

How can some ******* who`s told he`s going to jail `Indefinately` be told that he can apply for parole after 4 1/2 years? Surely indefinately is until he dies!

Erm no. Indefinite is for an undefined time, not infinite.

As Danielf said ,plus that type of sentance is more often used in these type of crimes as it is very hard to tell if the inmate will be safe to be let out again

He got his punishment. He won`t do it again.;)
