That's good news. An update to V+ since I gave up my TVDrive back in April for TiVo.

Do you know when this support will be coming to TiVo?

Reheheheheheheeallllly? Is that just passthrough or as an actual controllable device?

Hi there, I'm having the same issue where I'm running v+ through my Bose lifestyle t20 to my screen. I.e. V+ won't detect my 3D tv. When plug it in directly it all works fine. Any ideas how I can get around this? It's driving me up the wall!

There's a software update coming to all V+ boxes in the next few weeks which may help. Other than that, all I can suggest is to speak to Bose and see if they can help.

Hi Bolarishu,

I do not know the Bose Lifestyle T20 system that well but having looked in the online manual, there does not seem to be any settings like I found on the Arcam AVR-400 that is equivalent to the CEC control that I used. When I was on the Bose site, there was a FAQ confirming "is the system compatible with 3d blu-ray players" and this links to a firmware update that enables this on your system.

If this still does not work then your only other option is to connect the V+ box directly to your TV using the HDMI cable and then connect an optical digital lead from your V+ box to the matching port on your Bose system (under device 4 or 5).

For anyone who cares/needs/wants to know, the Bose firmware update did the trick. Thanks!
