To be honest, on the only 2 times I have had to call in 3 or 4 years, if I hadn't known Be support was offshored I would never have guessed.

Hopefully Virgin could make some money out of this leasing lines (as Sky/BT do with telephone and ADSL), although only to the smaller companies as to not create congestion.
