i wouldnt bother with it in the first place, I had it before virgin, and the downtime was greater than the uptime!!!

i had an ongoing fault for 14 months and they didnt listen every time i called

Sounds familiar.

Perhaps they use the same offshored support center that VM employ. ;)

no, it was bangladesh for tisacli/talktalk allthough VM offshore is pretty poo, talktalk is on another level

As long as they don't start using it to make money or give my data to someone else then fine. The minute i find they have given that data to someone out side the company to make money i will be asking WHY. After the phorm issue i dont trust DPI systems or the companies who make them, program them or sell them.
