£99 to move a cable?... If you wanted a professional to do it, you could get somebody out of the yellow pages or paper who are ex virgin engine for half the price!

If someones connection starts to cause noise on to the network (causes slow speeds/disconnections for other customers), then the Network engineers disconnect them at the cab. the customer then needs a service engineer to investigate whats causing it. if it turns out to be a modification the customer made, then they may be liable to a call out charge.

Just be aware of this if anyone wants to do it, simple as it may sound to do.
