I spoke to a lovely person on level 2 faults. She reformatted my box, and all is fine now. But as it's now been reformatted twice it's recommended it gets replaced so I have an engineer booked fir Tuesday. They are also replacing the box upstairs as it's sluggish, she suggested this as I was worried I would get a SA box after fighting so hard to get samsung before, and she said it shouldn't be sluggish and will replace both boxes...

Good to see that you are sorted, if you spoke to a 2nd line agent the was little a first line agent could have done.:)
