brilliant price for wireless N and Gigabit, just about to buy one now thanks!

Ive had 2 TP Link routers, both have been reliable and still have the 1043ND which is surplus to requirements,

Off topic the only reason I had for changing mine was that you cannot have more than one Xbox 360 online with both consoles having an open NAT; for this I needed to get a DLINK 655 which did it out the box,

Info may be of use to someone, since I spent so much time looking in to it ;)

Well, I've bought a Iomega Home Media NAS. Only 1TB, but it includes DNLA, iTunes and FTP servers. It also has a bittorrent client.

As for the router, I pulled my old WRT54G out of the cupboard, installed the latest DD-WRT on it, and that's doing a stirling job ATM.

The only downside is that the WRT only has 100Meg ethernet, so it's gonna take a little while to copy my media to the drive.

Well, further to this, Apple have now issued a product recall and my Time Capsule is one of the ones affected. So, I am off to the nearest Apple Store tonight to pick up my replacement Time Capsule.

Glad you got the TC replaced.

I'm looking for the same thing you were (don't want a TC because it's pricey and won't allow me to partition the drive) - a 1TB NAS with built in router.

So far, the only one I've found is the D-685 - but it's a bit pricey too. Hayden (is that really you in the photo??), do you know of any other all-in-ones like the D-685? (I don't need the photo frame though =o)

I also need one that supports WDS bridging.

Oh no... she got banned!

Can anybody else help me? I'm struggling to find many options for a ~1TB NAS with built in N router that supports WDS.

Only found the D-Link D-685 but it's quite pricey!

Thanks for reading me, help/recommendations :)
