Re: Virgin Media - Limited Connectivity?
Yes - I had to set this up manually with Virgin Media on the phone as my CD drive doesnt work.
LordN - I tried that link, but it all sounds quite complicated to me, will you be able to break this down ladybird style for me(lol)? Is there any other way that I can get this wireless connection to work? Im sure it must be something simple or basic, like a setting on control panel etc..? ---------- Post added at 22:31 ---------- Previous post was at 22:29 ---------- But if it is an IP address thing, how can I check it and change it myself? ....thanks x |
Re: Virgin Media - Limited Connectivity?
Anita that's about as broken down as it gets, it takes you step by step through the process which works. I had someone bring their laptop to me today with the same problem and that resolved it. All I can offer is if you are within driving distance of me i'll pop round and sort it for you as long as you supply the coffee...
