Try using your main one. I think I read somewhere

Your email service is being upgraded. Please enter your email address to check if your account has been moved to our new system

Blueyonder customers must use their primary email address instead of an alias.

mine was moved a few weeks ago and has been fine aside of getting a few 2 year old emails delivered

will i have to give other people my primary address or my normal one ?

But no doubt other, more wiser users will appear, sort of like pixies on pcp :)

tip for blueyonder.co.uk usernames: We recently made a change that means that you can now only log in with the primary email address on each of your mailboxes, and you can no longer log in with secondary aliases. If you're not sure what your primary username is, you can check it here. This change was needed in order for us to launch some exciting new web and email services in the near future - more info

just tried both adresses through windows mail and nothing logged into my account on virgin mail and no emails there either

seems to be working now just got the first test mail from an hour and a half ago :shrug:
