Hopefully I'll get a good engineer like yours!
Unfortunately an engineer that came to sort out my tv a few weeks ago took out some connections on the outside of my house and I've been having problems with my internet since then!! Hopefully my internet gets fixed and nothing else goes wrong now =p

Yeah, he was a nice bloke indeed. Worked direct for Virgin, so he says. Very chatty, very helpfull and that fact he extended my cable aswell FOC, has made my day :)

If only all engineers were as good! I didn't know you could have engineers not directly from Virgin! Do they have contractors?

Yup. Sure do and fitters aswell. I sharn't go into details as it might scare you
