Sorry but this is over indulgent tripe that we seem to go in for a lot these days anyone can look back on something and with the great gift of hindsight say it was wrong and we're sorry. It would mean something and only mean something if one of the people responsible had realised it was wrong and apologised. What iota of difference is an apology from GB going to do anyone still alive that was affected by this none so what is the point. With this tradegy like many others while there are always some who want reasons and apologies the majority would like to forget it and get on living their life not be reminded of something they probably came to terms with long before htis apology. Sometimes it is better to let the past lay then drag it up and offer meaningless apologies.
