well ok.

I just don't think I should have to cut paste exactly what's on the vendors site, or what's in the help files when the user can read those areas for themself. help and suggestions have to stop at some stage and the user needs to take a bit of initiative.

I have known a number of people who didn't know how to even use google, so I though not only was showing them how to search a good idea, but being it automatic, it would also bring up the results of things they were asking for. 2 birds with one stone.

still, some people seem to take offence at offerings of assistance. I apologise if my help offended you.
