They will just send a modem and powerpack which you install then you call 151 and it gets added to your account and the old one removed.

how weird, it says the Teryon 210 doesnt support 10mbit but it worked fine for me. I only swapped it over when I was bumped up to 20mbit.

They struggle as they were not designed for such speeds and the are very few still in circulation.
