Recommend you call them - I can promise you the charge will be different depending on where you are doing business from, proximity to network, if any other operator's tail is needed, etc.

I understand you must have has this service for some time but if you are still using it would you consider a quote from BT for a internet leased line.

What type of bandwidth are you using and if you have a postcode I can send you a quote.
