Well, congrats VM for not being on the list. There once was a time when NTL was a permanent fixture in surveys like this.

I'm remembering a time with Ntl when I would make a pot of tea,have a snack ready and have a book handy and just sit at the phone reading,drinking and eating until I got an answer...I never do that now. :)
Mind the simple step of providing a service status number must have cut down on some of the unnecessary phone calls.. |

I've never had a bad call with Three, or been kept holding for any length of time.
Probably the only decent indian call centre I've ever been put through too. Sadly, only the business customers have a UK-based call centre now. |

they probably would have been in top 5 if everyone thats left since it became vm had voted
As NTL they were incompetent at a few things but as VM there a deliberate rip off with most stuff |
