Kidding, I'm just kidding...sounds to me like severe bruising mate, stick a bag of frozen peas on it in the evenings and take some anti-inflammatories ie a couple of Brufen every 6 to 8 hours.:)

Arnica gel is great for reducing bruising and will not mask a break.

Guy at work broke his foot playing footy and thought it was just a bad sprain, luckily someone sensible saw him and took him to the local MIU. He will be out of plaster in a couple of weeks. :D

It seems like we have lost the topic.I'm sure Central is delighted to be able to provide so many an excuse for hilarity but I'm sure he's rather have some decent advice..
