That is your internet being capped (You downloaded too much) You can tell because you will get 2.5meg down and 0.1 up when you've been capped. Not rubbish speeds. Wait until 9PM to download. Leave on overnight.

You have been on here long enough and know the pitfalls so do not download prior to 9pm as everyone has said.;)

Do you mean downloading from between 21:01 and 08:59 without being count on usage allowance for the next STM ?

I thought virgin is STM 24-7 ?
