Seriously though VM cable is good but thier DSL service is dire, oversubscribed and a joke...but then most other DSL ISP's are the same...Orange would have done the same once you hit 40Gb over a month which is soo easy to do... Mind you with cable I think I can hit that easy in a few days and I'm not even a heavy downloader...

I used to work for AOL but that was 4 yrs ago, tags on the line and getting providers to admit the tags are theirs was a bit of a headache for a customer.

Recently my mother had to go through OFCOM after being given the number by Sky, there was a tag on the line (we knew it was from Talktalk or Tiscali, I forget. I think TalkTalk) as it was the only provider my mother had ever had, they refused to assume responsobility, so as I mentioned sky gave her the number, she phoned and explained and a very useful gentleman on the phone get the phone line cleaned up and we were able to order Sky.
