It is nice to be nice ...

As someone with 30 month old SA V+, I am always interested to read of customers' experiences with newer Sammie equivalents. Our old slow SA is fine/does crash etc every now and then, (we unplug it most nights for about 12+ hours) and despite reading of Sammie 'problems', I do envy the radio recording facility. Apart from the Beeb Hd changes this coming week, I shall check out Sky film free w/e ...

As regaerds Ethernet, I have only recently after 12 years USB/wifi web-usage on many PCs etc started to use it wherever possible, and would one day be interested in using it from a VM box ...

I hope that I have not upset some people by putting some words in the wrong topic/being a day or so late ...

I dont know if it helps but the Tivo box has instructions for getting the password or box id wich you need to access the Tivo box via the ethernet lead.:monkey:

Won't make any difference to a Samsung box.. Different software. Also, it's worth noting that the original poster hasn't logged in to the site since 2008, so probably won't see this.

Thanks for trying though.
