Those numbers tell you what file has been sent to your modem in order for it give the speed for the package you are paying for otherwise known as a Docsis file.

I can figure out why your approximate distance to London speedtest server is 100 miles and mines 150 miles, we only live less than a mile away from each other. Plus your ping times are higher than mine as well (a lot higher is the case of London).
