I've had 3 replacement handsets...

Isn't that the fault of the handset manufacturer rather than Orange?

Is there a way to get rid of the horrible icon that orange use, and replace them with the original ones?

My phone is a SE W910i

Since when?
The two times I've had to return a faulty handset, the delivery guy bringing the replacement brings the forms to take the faulty handset and battery away.

The signal on Orange a lot of the time, especially in smaller towns, even in London are very poor.
They don't compare to Three when it comes to signal
