Last night whilst busy working in the front garden I stupidly managed to completely slice my VM cable in two.:mad::dunce:

I was straight on the phone to CS and have arranged for a team to come out tomorrow - good response so far.

However, im not sure if VM should charge me for this? Ive checked the cable - its not buried or protected in anyway, (there is no green duct anywhere) its just laying under a small layer of gravel! Ive checked and this installation does not appear to comply with regulations/codes etc. Would appreciate any guidance.
