Most of the old rough areas have cleaned up a bit, like the Manor Top, which used to be rough, is now habitable (or so i'm told). But new bad areas arise all the time. And yep, i'll move to Bournemouth if the upload is good ;)

Manor Top, i remember when that place looked like a drug dealers den! hard to image it being all cleaned up.
