At this time of day, a lot better than that!
I suspect that you have a problem (Houston!).

Recommend you contact Tech Support via VM's dedicated newsgroup and ask them to check your connection.

Need help getting onto VM's Tech Support newsgroup?

Although my modem appears to have downloaded the 10mb config file, I'm not getting speeds above 4mb. I've been on to tech support and customer services a number of time and still no luck solving the problem. I've a good mind to cancel my broadband.

Tech support say contact customer services and CS say contact tech support which is very annoying. I was meant to have the problem sorted a few weeks ago but still nothing.
