well it works for me here in Swansea South Wales but does take a while to open the site about 5 or 6 seconds.

I'm finding this site very slow every other is ok some times pages just will not load up....

Phoned Virgin again, they check the source and apparently the problem is out of there range so are not too sure. As he could get on where he was talking to me just not here and on a few others....

Did someone try changing the dns? Try adding
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

Not sure how on a mac, sorry.

I put in www.villatalk.com in Brighton from my VM connection and hit the site immediately

Yeah Virgin themselves can see it when i phone up, they asked me to do a trace thingy and said well its off our system so we dont know what to do, great!

Err, he was able to find the IP. DNS is not the issue.

I've got a similar problem trying to access www.chicksdigunix.com which I own - it works fine from connections other than VM.
