How much would a length of rope cost compared with the cost to the tax payer for the next 17 years. However if we cannot terminate them.Then they should be put in a cell with no windows, Just enough food to keep them alive and give them NO human contact till the day they die or request to die.

**** like them do not deserve to be treated Humanly.

To be honest, i agree with you however, when they say life, thats what they take. I mean i dont mean to echo the shawshank redemption here, but when they say life, thats what they take ,at least the part that counts. A lad who was in my year at my school murdered one of his friends mum's and got life, 17.5 years no parole. when he gets out he'll be 38. he was 21 convicted. now thats the best part of his life gone. most of us will be married with kids by that age. however, i am for the death penalty. an eye for an eye. so the judgement still falls short to me, i merely present the alternate arguement. Life sentence in our day and age is no cake walk.

(P.S i have had a few beers when writing this, so it may not be grammatically all there, but i hope my morals are clear and message gets across.)

Hopefully they will get a good slap in prison. Cons have strange values and take a dislike to certain crimes, usually involving undue force by weak bullies against someone who is "straight".

Lets hope he gets his sentence extended. However going on the standard of judges in this country i have a feeling it will be reduced by a weak appeal judge. :(

I bet there'll be more effort and support for these two thugs than there will ever be for the Newlove famaily! The *******s will be out sooner and killing again. because of the interfering do-gooders! :td:

Your not wrong there mate, they'll get all the help they need plus a social worker while on the inside, they'll have all the luxuries the prison service is allowed to give them like TV's, Playstations, Sky Tv etc etc. Good people like Gary Newlove worked hard for things like the above ^^^ but these *******s get it for nothing.
