1 * 80Gb drive in laptop
1 * 150gb (I think) in media centre
10 * 160gb media drives to slot into aforementioned PC (Thank you to my IT bods at work for those ;) )

Video editing and photography mostly, an hour of camcorder video is 4.5Gb.
I've also scanned all my negatives and slides going back over thirty years.

I'm afraid so, all full of video and photo's. I keep the original footage and all the various edited stages as well as the final output.

I'm on the look out for some 500Gb drives at the moment, they seem to be the current price/size sweet spot.
