Or could try asking your ISP to send a new one.

My ISP recommends the Speedtouch 585V6. A nice piece of kit (though the interface is a bit clunky). It can be had for £20 (refurbished) here

I myself use a BT voyager 2110, picked it up on ebay for £20 + p&p.
Brilliant router, and I was rather plesently surprised to find its not lacking on features either love the upstream QOS on it so easy to use :)

Not the nicest looking thing to look at but i've seen far worse.

Have a Homehub and a dlink g624T and the voyager beats them both in terms of stability and features.

Prooves that BT branded kit can be decent pity they didn't model the homehub on the later voyagers really :(
