Are you really sure you know what I'm talking about? Ok. You want an Internet service provider, so you phone Virgin, ok? You get the service, etc It might be the same thing, as in its all merged but at the same time why are there people who login with NTL than someone who has joined Virgin media? How is that then the same thing?

I was with Telewest, over two years ago. If I were to connect to them would the details that were given be the same? 'myblueocean.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk'

And seriously, there isn't the need for that attitude.
