im haveing the same problem i have to sometime refresh the page around five times could it be my ethernet card or computer or the cat 6 cable im usein?

Well that was a waste of time. Got put through to india (Aka land of the worst support in the world) who tried giving me instructions to do a tracert, however when I told them I use a mac I got a simple "Oh...I dont know what to do then" followed by a "We dont know whats wrong but lots of people keep phoning about it".

He gave me an estimated time though...1 day to 1 week before it will be fixed...Now, until today I've stood up for NTL/VM....but now I've gone back to the oppinion I had a few years ago...they suck, period.

Yeah when I said about the box being open he just said "Oh we know about that, its been like it for ages"...thats how much they care...

My friend in Scunthorpe (Lincolnshire) is having the same problems...its not a localized issue...it looks like its nationwide.

now the status page says hemel hempstead and will be fixed by 8pm...

AL4 - back up at full speed...total time of problem: about 5 hours.
