You may also want to remove the bell wire.
And download the DMT tool, this will allow you to adjust your modem/router SNR levels
http://dmt.mhilfe.de/

Adjusting his target SNR won't do anything in his case its already at 6db anything lower and the chances are it won't stay in sync.

What modem/router is it?

Hence the edit and advice of a hardwired extension and removal of the bell wire. ;)

extension in master socket, in extension comes the filter.

Just Phoned up and they said each meter of the extension decreases my speed... when connecting straight to master socket i should get 15MB, is it possible to move the master socket?

NO and yes....

No your not supposed to interfere with the master socket as its down to your comms provider to deal with and if you do anything to screw up the line then you will probably be charged to put it right.

Yes its possible to move it at the end of the day its just a pair of wires connected to the back of it.

Is there no way you can move the router next to the master socket and just either use wireless or run a long piece of cat5 cable?

can't see why you'd need usb connected as well, i thought they just put that in for older computers that don't have ethernet ports.

ebay's quite cheap for network cables btw.

Is your network port onboard or a seaperate card, do you know who makes your board/chipset?

http://www.gtopala.com/ if your not sure goto that site and download siw it should be able to tell you who makes your board or at least which chipset its based on.

Or make/model of your pc might be enough information if your unable to tell us what motherboard it has in it. (assuming here that the network port is onboard as it is in most pcs thesedays).

Hopefully once we know what it is someone will be able to post a link to the drivers.
