1,1,1,1

I feel like I've been generous at that and wish there was the option of 0's

Nearly 4 weeks of atrocious network issues, speeds and disconnections and no sign of an end in sight

Abysmal

Just voted. Interesting site. Interesting reading comments by users of other bb suppliers. Comparing the wording of Virgin and Sky comments made me smile. Virgin's were very brief whilst Sky's were written in full sentences. Does this say anything about us Virgins. :dunce: :D

Probably because people that have SkYBB are like my mother in law and only use it for email once a week, so for them its always perfect, and they write perfect sentences. Where as me, i notice when the speed changes, and i know that tech support in india sucks.

Speed: 5
Support: 1
Reliability: 5
Price: 4

Comment: Recently my speed has been very poor and not what I'm paying for, the support for this problem was non-existent. What with the 20mb and the new traffic shaping, the 4mb service is also looking a lot less value for money than it used to be.

Now if I'd done this back in the NTL days I would have chosen mostly 8s. Strange how a new logo can affect so much.
