I've had this problem for a while too, but like most people else, just not bothered about it. The N&N or main guide, either show up empty, or searching, or the programs from another channel. A reboot does fix, but with my setup, its a pain in the a**e. So sometimes I just go upstairs and later, it seems to work. So it does right itself.

Hopefully this update fixes it. I can't brick the box by forcing a download can I?

BTW, I have a Sumsung box on Bromley platform (London)

well if you read the thread about forcing updates then people are argueing about whether you can or can't break the box with a force update

if you are worried about it then i'd advise not to do a force update..

this thread shows when the new VM EPG is being rolled out
