Re: When will they fix On Demand?

Had my V+ box installed on Tuesday and when the engineer left On demand was working fine. Later that evening it wasn't working and still isn't. Spoke to cs yesterday and they promised to get back to me but nothing so far. If they don't get it sorted soon I will try to escalate to a manager but will be disputing my first bill. I'm not getting what I paid for so a refund would be a reasonable request.

Had mine installed Yesterday (Stevenage) Same problem with OD, works sometimes but is really flaky and constantly saying not available.

Last night, very, very slow, but eventually got there. Had to keep trying and retrying, when caption came up sating that OD not working.

And today..... as if the magician had waived teh majic wand , it is allw orking again.

So what happens then ? Virgin ring me to see if there is a problem as all is shown as being fine at there end!

So endeth this weeks Virgin problems....until the next time as V+ is bound to fall down again

All on demand services were working as of 7pm last night. Not heard from cs so don't know the cause.
