Sorry WE WILL get a choice of HD, sorry you have to pay for it and buy a ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£300 box, sorry my EPG works, sorry you won't get proper on demand, sorry you won't get whole TV series to choose from, SORRY WE ARE GETTING LOST! lol, sorry sd is no better on Sky than on Virgin, sorry when it rains you might get interference, sorry you have to have a dish on your wall :rolleyes:

Any call centre based support is always going to have issues like this. Back when I was with Sky I had similar issues to Paul and got through two STB's (at ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£65 a pop as Sky force you to pay for replacements outside of the initial 12 month contract period) before I gave up on letting them trying to fix it and moved to Freeview. Thankfully now we've moved I can get Telewest and have had no problems with the normal box, TV Drive, EPG or anything else since it was installed.
