Re: upgrade to virgin now no VOD

I've been without VoD since 8th February, reported it 9/2/07, technician booked for 17/2/07, that visit was cancelled :erm: , but they didn't bother to tell me they did, so I wasted 1/2 a day sitting around waiting for them. They now tell me it's a fault, that has just appeared on the status page, they state error code 9002, yet my error code is 1055. So far it's day 11 :mad: I had to barter to get some redress re them cancelling the appointment but failing to tell me. I'm thinking seriously of cancelling the tvdrive service altogether, it's been nothing but problems since June last year. |
