Have NTL phone & broadband & id give their customer services 8.5/10. Must admit when I cant understand a word they are saying it can occassionally be a problem - had some problems with the foreign call centres but the UK ones are fine.

I phoned NTL yesterday morning because my remote control had become faulty, a new one arrived first post this morning.

I received a follow up letter to confirm the conversation I had with the lady who helped me. It was personally signed by her!! Very impressed...

I am very pleased with the service I have finally received from NTL and the lady has fully restored my confidence in them as a company.

I received a letter yesterday from Virgin stating all the changes... or that there will be no changes... anyway very pretty mailshot, all spangly!! Must have cost a bit.

I just phoned NTL, because I had channels missing after the box was unplugged for 4 weeks due to building works. The whole call took less than 10mins!!
WOW is all I can say, the differance is amazing!!
