What is even more perplexing is that switch card/maestro payments are a set rate whereas visa/mastercard is % based.
£50 on a visa costs them £1.00 (2.0%) at least on a switch maestro it would be under 20p (probably under 10p given the volume they would use) |

I had terrible troubles with Virgin's customer support about a year ago,so ended up switching to Orange (Who are now the best ISP I've ever had,with brilliant support) It's ridiculous how they answered your emails,even once you tried drumming it in their heads
