Called them . Told me that workers have gone on a course??? So temporary ones are covering all day today? Sounded dodgy to me.. Said they'll be round any time before 6. Definitely.

Well, they arrived at 2 and did a thoroughly professional job. Very neat and tidy, and the lad stayed with me until all the channels came through. Was worth the wait :)
