exactly my point, too generous for new customers. My guess is NTL are still seeing high turnover of customers and are having to rely on new customers to keep the growth going, we still seeing a trend of people having to constantly change providers to get the best deal. Is it orange who have taken the initiative and allow current customers to get new deals? |
