I use WinDVD Premium and it lets you set up menus too.
You use it by draggng what you want on to the timeline. It is pretty good. I got it with my ASUS motherboard so think it probably isnt free. |

Cheers everyone. I could not get NEro to work so am trying to use WinAvi :)
